Socio-cultural issues in leprosy control and management

Background : Background: Leprosy is a tropical infectious disease that neglected worldwide. The world's SDGs target in 2024-2030 requires efforts to reduce it from 0.05 per 10,000 population. lack of maximum preventive actions and the high number cases leprosy can be caused by social cultural factors; on other hand, also impacts problems society general.Objective: To explore whether social, cultural, control or management factors are related incidence based existing literature.Methods Methods: A literature taken databases included SCOPUS, PubMed, Ebsco, Proquest, Google Scholar. periods November 1 December 30, 2021. obtained was six articles met inclusion criteria. By using review protocol through PRISMA checklist. Stages screening exclusion criteria, quality assessment data extraction. analysis carried out for key characteristics each study summarized qualitatively.
